I am sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, I love you. Four expressions that can change a lot.

I am sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, I love you. Four expressions that can change a lot.

It is good to forgive ourselves and our fellow human beings when we feel anger, frustration or sadness.

Ho’oponopono is a technique that focuses on releasing the negative emotions in our daily life through forgiveness. This technique was originally implemented and created in Hawaii, where the therapist Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona taught the modern version of it.

It is known that Dr. Hew Len, a student of hers, worked with patients with criminal personalities in a hospital in Hawaii and the results were astonishing. This technique is believed to have united the entire Hawaiian community as they practiced it regularly.

Ho’oponopono has two versions, the most widely known short one, and the long one, which is a dynamic text of forgiveness that we read together in our session.
